JONATHAN CARLONE is an attorney with over five years of experience representing sponsors and investors in private offerings. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting transaction agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, limited partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, and side letters. Along with his legal work, Jonathan is a writer. His comedy writing has been included in The Onion and Reductress and his screenwriting has been recognized by the CineStory Foundation. Jonathan’s half-hour comedy pilot, “Judge Conroy,” advanced to the semifinals of the 2025 Austin Film Festival. Jonathan is excited to combine his legal and creative backgrounds to his work for SunnySpot Productions.
